The growth and development of children, including their height increase, are influenced by various factors such as genetics, health conditions, and nutritional balance. We should pay attention to the following aspects:
Firstly, it is essential to maintain a balanced diet. Adhering to the dietary guidelines set forth by the food pyramid can help ensure an adequate nutritional intake.
Secondly, outdoor activity should be encouraged for at least 1 to 2 hours each day.
Thirdly, it is crucial to ensure that children get enough sleep.
Fourthly, supplementing with vitamin D and calcium is important.
For issues related to indigestion, Western medicine can offer medications; however, they should only be used under a doctor's advice, and self-medication is not recommended. There are also gentle Chinese patent medicines available, such as Xiao'er Fupiqing granules and Xiao'er Jianpi pills, suitable for children who experience indigestion and have weak constitutions, as they specifically target the strengthening of the spleen and stomach.
Proper digestion and nutrient absorption are vital for achieving optimal height growth.
